Do you accept insurances?
Yes, we accept Medicare, Multiplan, Premara Blue Cross, Cigna, Aetna, Tricare for Life, Tricare West, and United Healthcare. Medicaid will soon be an option.
We also have self pay options.
How can I book an appointment and what will my first visit be like?
Please call and leave a message and someone will return your call within 24 hours.
How do I fill out my forms?
After your appointment is confirmed you will receive a message via text or email and you can fill out your forms, sign, and then submit directly from your phone.
What do I need for my first appointment?
You will need a government issued ID and your insurance card.
Will you really come to my home?
Yes! Access to care is a major barrier in our healthcare system. Bed and wheelchair bound patients deserve the best care we can offer without the worry and stress!!
What locations do you serve?
At this time, we only provide in-home visits to Anchorage and Eagle River. Will consider Wasilla or Palmer residents. Please call to see how we can help.
